Section 7. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty(30) days after its — <br /> passage and adoption. The effective date of the Development Agreement shall be the effective <br /> date of this Ordinance or as otherwise determined under the provisions of the Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> Section S. Within ten (10) days after execution of the Development Agreement on <br /> behalf of the County, the Community Development Director or his designee shall record the <br /> Development Agreement and this Ordinance with the Recorder of the County of San Joaquin. — <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors held <br /> the day of 2006, and finally passed and adopted by said Board of <br /> Supervisors at the regular meeting held on the day of , 2006, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: — <br /> ABSENT: <br /> DARIO L.
