1.1.60. Vested Elements. Those parts or elements of the Existing Approvals <br /> which are specifically identified in Exhibit B-1 to this Agreement as vested, subject to the terms <br /> and conditions of this Agreement. — <br /> 1.1.61. Development Agreement Regulations Terms.
