Construction of the necessary infrastructure to provide these <br /> services will be the responsibility of the two companies. <br /> Biotics <br /> As called for in the San Joaquin Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan <br /> (SJMSCP), the applicant will be required to conduct pre-construction surveys and implement <br /> "take"-avoidance procedures for special-status species identified in the plan. In addition, the <br /> applicant is required to institute measures to prevent ground squirrel occupation at the project <br /> site,consistent with guidelines set forth in the SJMSCP(San Joaquin COG,2001). <br /> Off-Site Development <br /> Improvements such as the water and wastewater plants, the raw water pump station and <br /> conveyance line,and MID Substation have been the subject of separate environmental review <br /> and are now constructed.
