It is <br /> unlikely that the school would be open and occupied before construction at the project site is <br /> complete. However, if the school is occupied before all construction is complete,it is <br /> `, possible that potentially hazardous materials would be disturbed or handled during <br /> construction that could drift or be blown onto the school site.
