FINDINGS FOR REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS FOR <br /> PREVIOUSLY APPROVED MAJOR SUBDIVISIONS <br /> PA-0500838 AND NO. PA-0600161 <br /> AMANJIT SANDHU ET AL. <br /> A. There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of the Tentative Map or <br /> the Vesting Tentative Map no longer appropriate or necessary. <br /> 1. This Finding can be made because Condition 1-4 of both Major Subdivision <br /> Applications (PA-0500838 and PA-0600161) was imposed prior to the Board of <br /> Supervisors approving a County-wide Agricultural Mitigation Fee via Ordinance No. <br /> 4308 (approved in 2006). The revised Conditions of Approval will reference the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Chapter 9-1080 as it relates to the timing of payment <br /> of Agricultural Mitigation Fees. <br /> B. The conditions of the Tentative Map or the Vesting Tentative Map shall conform to the provisions of <br /> Chapter 9-857, if a Major Subdivision, or to the provisions of Chapter 9-860, if a Minor Subdivision. <br /> 1. This Finding can be made because the Major Subdivision approvals for PA-0500838 <br /> and PA0600161 previously made the necessary Findings for conformity with Chapter <br /> 9-857 for Major Subdivisions. The proposed Revision of Approved Actions would <br /> amend a Condition of Approval related to the timing of payment of Agricultural <br /> Mitigation Fees to be consistent with the San Joaquin County Development Title and <br /> the previous findings relative to the Major Subdivision can continue to be made. <br /> PA-0500838 and No. PA-0600161 — Findings 1 <br />
