Page 4 <br /> BELLA VISTA FARMS Permit #: 39-97-3902017 <br /> CONDITION - P <br /> General <br /> LIn addition to all applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other <br /> more restrictive conditions of this permit, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO <br /> APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT . <br /> 1 . Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless <br /> otherwise covered by the label , law , regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are: <br /> a.
