Page 5 <br /> BELEA VISTA FARMS Permit # : 39-98-3902017 <br /> CONDITION - P <br /> ►- General <br /> [n addition to all applicable laws , regulations , label restrictions and other <br /> wmore restrictive conditions of this permit , THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO <br /> APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. <br /> r 1 . Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless <br /> otherwise covered by the label , law, regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are : <br /> a. Spray - 12 m.p. h. <br /> b. Dust - 8 m.p.h. <br /> C . Pellets , granular or baits - 16 m.p. h. <br /> ` 2 . No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the <br /> likelihood of contaminating any persons , nontarget crops , animals or <br /> other public or private property. <br /> v <br /> 3 . Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit NO DUST FORMULATIONS <br /> are allowed. <br /> ` 4 . Apply pesticides covered by SLN( s ) and Section 18( s) in conformance with <br /> the SLN( s ) and Section 18 ( s ) . <br /> 5 . A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of <br /> zinc phosphide bait. <br /> v <br />
