Permit#: 39-02-3902017 <br /> ------------- ----- <br /> ----------------------------------- --------------------------------------- <br /> L CONDITION - P <br /> General <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> In addition to all applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other <br /> L more restrictive conditions of this permit, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO <br /> APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. <br /> L1_ Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless <br /> otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are: <br /> a. Spray - 12 m.p.h. <br /> L b_ Dust - 8 m.p.h. <br /> c. Pellets, granular or baits - 16 m.p.h. <br /> 2. No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the <br /> likelihood of contaminating any persons, nontarget crops, animals or <br /> other public or private property. <br /> 3. Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit NO DUST FORMULATIONS <br /> are allowed. <br /> 4. Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s) and Section 13(s) in conformance with <br /> the SLN(s) and Section 18(s). <br /> 6. 5. A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR apglicationa of <br /> zinc phosphide bait. <br />
