6 <br /> PHILIP MARQUEZ <br /> Staff Biologist <br /> Summary of Experience <br /> Mr. Marquez has 4 years of fieldwork experience at the undergraduate and professional level. <br /> Different projects have included population studies of small mammals with the University of <br /> Montana, species diversity studies of the Mojave Desert while attending CSU Fresno, <br /> environmental and habitat assessment while under the employment of Hartesveldt Environmental <br /> 6„ Consulting, and environmental and ecological education while employed as a naturalist for the <br /> City of Stockton. <br /> His present work includes the evaluation of past and present uses of properties and to assess <br /> potential environmental liabilities. The site included <br /> ` the investigation of removed underground storage tanks and dry wells. <br /> BBH Farms, Isone, Inc. (Manteca, California) <br /> Preparation of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for Mr. James Buckner. The site <br /> included the investigation of aboveground storage tanks, hazardous materials and petroleum <br /> storage, and a historical investigation on previous businesses located on the site. <br /> Florence Bare Property (Ceres, California) <br /> Preparation of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and soil sampling for Bennet <br /> Development Incorporated. The project included soil sampling for past pesticide use, the <br /> ` evaluation of possible hazardous materials releases and the discovery of a below-grade concrete <br /> pad. <br /> Spreckels Park, Proposed Target Store (Manteca, California) <br /> Preparation of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for AKF Development, LLC. This <br /> project included an evaluation of the site for potential wetlands and endangered plant and animal <br /> species, possible petroleum product releases and the investigation of possible groundwater <br /> contamination. <br /> 1 <br />
