The following agencies were contacted for documentation. <br /> • San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District was contacted on October 16, 2002 for <br /> information regarding records of permits and violations. At the time of report <br /> preparation, Kleinfelder had not received information from this source. If information is <br /> obtained at a later date that changes the findings of the report, Kleinfelder will contact the <br /> client and issue an addendum to the report. <br /> L • San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners was contacted on October 16, 2002 for <br /> information regarding pesticide use records. Permit information was made available for <br /> the years 1997-2002. Mr. Charles Spatafore is the permit applicant and the permit no. is <br /> L 39-(98-02)-3902017. Pesticides used onsite for those years include Sevin, Guthion, <br /> Methomyl, Paraquat, 2,4-D Amine, Dicamba, Aluminum Phosphide, Strychnine and Zinc <br /> LPhosphide. Hardcopies of permit information is included in appendix D. <br /> • San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division SJC <br /> L PHS/EHD was contacted on September 17, 2002 for information regarding underground <br /> storage tanks and records of hazardous materials and petroleum product storage incidents. <br /> At the time of report preparation, Kleinfelder has not received any information from SJC <br /> L PHS/EHD. If information is obtained at a later date that may change the findings of this <br /> report, Kleinfelder will contact the client and an addendum to the report will be issued. <br /> jr • San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services was contacted on October 16, 2002 <br /> for information regarding hazardous materials incidents/storage. According to Michelle <br /> Frost, files that may exist for the site will not be ready for review for several weeks. At <br /> L the time of report preparation, Kleinfelder had not received information regarding the <br /> site, if information is received at a later date that changes the finding of this report, the <br /> Lclient will be contacted and an adendum to the report will be issued. <br /> • California State Fire Marshal Pipeline Safety Office was contacted by Kleinfelder on <br /> October 16, 2002, regarding pipelines within the area of the subject site. According to <br /> L Mr. Dan Le, there is a Chevron pipeline located on the site. Please refer to Section 7.3. <br /> • Department of Toxic Substance Control was contacted on October 16, 2002 for <br /> information regarding underground storage tanks and records of hazardous materials and <br /> petroleum product incidents/storage.
