1.1.23. Future Ordinances. The Ordinances enacted after the date of this <br /> Agreement (including amendments to Existing Ordinances) and applicable to the development <br /> and use of the Property, as provided in this Agreement. <br /> 1.1.24. General Plan. County's General Plan as amended by County on <br /> November 10, 1994, by Resolution No. R-94-692 of the Board of Supervisors, as it may be <br /> subsequently amended from time to time and applied to the Property consistent with the Existing <br /> Approvals and the terms of this Agreement. <br /> 1.1.25. Indemnitee(s). All person(s), firm(s), corporation(s), and other entities <br /> required to be indemnified pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. <br /> 1.1.26. Infrastructure. All public facilities and improvements, on-site and off-site, <br /> needed to serve urban development as identified in the Existing Approvals, or in the Reserved <br /> Discretionary Approvals, or as may otherwise by constructed and dedicated or conveyed to <br /> County or another public agency, including but not limited to, street and highway improvements, <br /> drainage improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, water storage and transmission <br /> facilities/transit improvements,parks and open space and recreational facilities, and community <br /> facilities. <br /> 1.1.27. LAFCO. The Local Agency Formation Commission, a separate <br /> governmental entity formed to review and approve governmental organization and <br /> reorganizations within the boundaries of the County. <br /> 1.1.28. Laws. The Constitution and laws of the State of California, the <br /> Constitution and laws of the United States and all codes, statutes or executive mandates, and all <br /> court decisions, state or federal, thereunder, which are applicable to the Property, County, <br /> Developer, and this Agreement as herein provided. <br /> 1.1.29. MHCSD. The Mountain House Community Services District, or similar <br /> community services or financing district, established by the County to administer and provide to <br /> the Community certain urban services and infrastructure necessary for the development of the <br /> Community as set forth in the Existing Approvals. <br /> 1.1.30. Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement also referred to as the <br /> Golden State Investments LP Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement. The <br /> agreement to be entered into between the Developer and MHCSD to provide for Infrastructure <br /> and urban services consistent with and in implementation of the PSA Agreement, the Public <br /> Financing Plan and Master Plan as set forth in Section 3.1.1 hereof. <br /> 1.1.31. Master Plan. The Master Plan for the Mountain House Community <br /> approved by County on November 10, 1994,by Resolution No. R-94-690 of the Board of <br /> Supervisors, as it may have been or may be subsequently amended from time to time and applied <br /> to the Property consistent with the Existing Approvals and the terms of this Agreement, <br /> including conditions of approval(s). <br /> W02-SF:FPD\61481145.2 -10- <br />
