1.1.60. Vested Elements. Those parts or elements of the Existing Approvals <br /> which are specifically identified in Exhibit B-1 to this Agreement as vested, subject to the terms <br /> and conditions of this Agreement. <br /> 1.1.61. Development Agreement Regulations Terms. The terms defined in the <br /> Development Agreement Regulations, when capitalized in this Agreement, shall have the <br /> meaning set forth therein. <br /> 1.1.62. Certain Other Terms. Certain other terms defined elsewhere in the <br /> Existing Approvals or this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth for each such teen in the <br /> Existing Approvals and this Agreement, as applicable. <br /> 1.2.
