Development Title,Mountain House Addendum. <br /> 1. Permitted Uses. <br /> 2. Lot and Structure Standards. <br /> D. Approved Subdivision Maps: Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, <br /> any parcel map or tentative subdivision map,when approved by County, shall be deemed a <br /> Vesting Element as to applicable building, development and infrastructure standards, and as to <br /> all Exactions(except development fees and assessments) for a period of 10 years from the date <br /> of approval. <br /> E. County Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee Program: County and Developer <br /> acknowledge that the County TIMF has been amended to include the MHPA and that said <br /> amendment describes the components of the TIMF that will be collected from development <br /> within the MHPA.
