There is a site assessment report currently in process within this property to determine the <br /> extent of contamination due to an accidental release of estimated 31,500 gallons of crude oil <br /> from the pipeline on December 4, 2003. Corrective action shall be taken as recommended in <br /> the report and concurred with by the Environmental Health Department or the Department of <br /> Toxic Substance Control. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department was unable to verify that an agricultural well (near <br /> former ponds) is properly sealed and/or functional. Prior to recordation of deed or record of <br /> survey, the applicant shall uncover wellhead in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards (see Permit#79-1239, dated December 12, 1979). <br />
