Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities <br /> shall either be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter <br /> from the serving entity. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> 2. This project shall be provided with public water service at the <br /> time of (state specific) Improvement Plan approval/Final Map <br /> recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor <br /> stating that these services are either bonded for or are in place, <br /> prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 3. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 4.
