(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Linden Unified School District <br /> ADDRESS: 100 N.Jack Tone Road APN: 105-040-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60'(40'East of Center Line)-feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards <br /> R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4. Dedication to result in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Jack Tone road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of APN: 105-040-04. Dedications shall be made by a separate <br /> instrument. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br />
