Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9- 1115.7). C. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s)be destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). NOTE: Parcel#1,#2,#3 each have abandoned wells. D. The well on Parcel#2 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e))by installing a cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the integrity of well grout. E. Open,pump,and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). NOTE: Parcel#3 was a historic labor campsite. F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1110.3&9-1110.4). G. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
