rFproposed <br /> 6.3 and 6.5) On October 14, 2005, 0900 hrs, one shallow pert test boring of 42 inches and / <br /> ep test boring, varying from 14 to 16 feet were drilled with a truck mounted drill rig on / ?2> <br /> Parcels 1, 2 and 3. ` <br /> ober 19, 2005, 0900 hrs, the sidewalls of the shallow borings were scored with a pry-bar and 3, <br /> the loose material removed. Two inches of fine gravel was placed at the bottom and three-inch <br /> perforated PVC pipe was inserted in each of the six test borings. All borings were then pre- <br /> saturated with 12 inches of water. <br /> (§ 6.4) On October 20, 2005, 1030 hrs,percolation testing commenced for all six borings. There was <br /> no standing water after the 24-hour soak period in any of the perc tests borings, as illustrated in Table �LL <br /> 1 below. Consequently, EHD Perc Test Procedure#2 was conducted for all six test borings. The last f� <br /> half hour of the tests was witnessed by Lisa Medina, R.E.H.S. of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department.
