6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Chesney Consulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection <br /> land the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to <br /> the best of my knowledge, as of January 30, 2010. This was the date of the last inspection of the <br /> subject property. It is noted that Chesney Consulting did not perform testing for any adverse <br /> ;environmental constituent(s). <br /> r <br /> ,The purpose of report was exclusively to inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> wEnvironmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> funder the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental <br /> ,Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by any prospective purchasers of the subject <br /> property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of Mr. George Nahas and <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> k environmental hazards.
