The domestic and agricultural well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> b. Install sanitary seals. <br /> E. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall stake leach lines and property lines for mobile <br /> homes located on Parcel A with addresses 11953 and 11975 North Jacktone Road to <br /> determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $115 (San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well <br /> information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: <br /> The site map depicts the agricultural well straddling Parcel(s) B and C. A minimum setback of <br /> (10)feet shall be required from the proposed property lines per San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards. <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> H. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development of Parcels B, C, & D. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
