Parcels one and two contain 5-acres and parcel three contains 4.42-acres. <br /> Specifically, the applicant is appealing the Community Development Department's Condition of Approval <br /> No. 1.e., which states that no residential development shall occur on the three parcels while under <br /> Williamson Act Contract. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Deny the appeal.
