Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropanc (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.7). C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the findings of the Soil Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3 &9-1110.4). D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
