Jack Tone Road, Lodi <br /> Assessor Parcel Number: 063-270-70 <br /> Dear Joe: <br /> The above-mentioned parcel is zoned AL-5 (Limited Agriculture, 5 Acre Minimum). <br /> The fact that the original parcel was 20 acres (Lot 4 of "Addition to Tokay Colony"), as <br /> shown on the Subdivision Map, we would accept a Minor Subdivision application to <br /> subdivide the 14.42 acre parcel into three 5±acre parcels. <br /> However,the timing of the application is subject to Williamson Act regulations.
