For future development of"Designated Remainder"a drainage retention pond shall be provided in accordance <br /> with the adopted County Development policies for"Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements"of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66424.6) <br /> 4. For future development of"Designated Remainder"frontage improvements, including any dedications required, <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Rural Road,and <br /> shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. A twenty-five (25)foot wide access easement shall be provided for the benefit of Parcel 1 cross the northern edge <br /> of the "Designated Remainder". (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[6]). <br /> 7.
