1 .0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of an 11 .7 acre parcel located at <br /> 12744 Jack Tone Road, Lodi, California. The project is located in a rural area. It is <br /> zoned AL-5. The project parcel number is APN 063-270-80. Located on the <br /> subject parcel is an existing house, garage, pool, pool house and a shed. There are (� l <br /> no immediate plans for any more dwellings. <br /> (/ 2)Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide the <br /> existing parcel into two parcels. Parcel 1 shall be 6.7 acres and the "Designated f 2) <br /> Remainder" will be 5 acres. <br /> I•'J <br /> 4 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> / /. 3) <br /> 4 P2 Site Map: (See Appendix). (/ <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Ijaz Mian, has owned the property for the past 16' years. <br /> The past and present use of the property has been a homesite. Future use of both Z 1) <br /> parcels will be a homesite and grazing land. The "Designated Remainder" has the <br /> potential to be a homesite. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: There are currently two <br /> septic systems on Parcel 1 . They are used for the existing home and pool house. (3'/ <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed a <br /> permit for this parcel.
