1 .0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of an 11 .7 acre parcel located at <br /> 12744 Jack Tone Road, Lodi, California. The project is located in a rural area. It is <br /> zoned AL-5. The project parcel number is APN 063-270-80. Located on the <br /> subject parcel is an existing house, garage, pool, pool house and a shed. There are (� l <br /> no immediate plans for any more dwellings. <br /> (/ 2)Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide the <br /> existing parcel into two parcels.
