Iv 2 <br /> PHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-3455 <br /> RE: LA-01-105, Attention Kimberly Wallace <br /> 13161 South Jack Tone Road, Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Department recommends approval of the proposed lot line adjustment <br /> providing the following San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements are met prior to <br /> recordation of the deed or record of survey: <br /> A. A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Repair the existing septic system on the proposed Parcel#6 under a sanitation permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: On February 21, 2002, surfacing sewage was observed by Environmental Health <br /> Department staff. <br />
