I <br /> f � <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-16 <br /> Rodajoma Properties <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-16 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 27, 1998, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 26, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The north property line of the proposed 10-acre parcel shall be moved northerly to provide at <br /> least 25 feet of road frontage along Jack Tone Road, <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 368-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances and qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br />
