CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-95 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel A <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel A <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the subdivider <br /> shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or <br /> proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the <br /> local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code . <br />
