One mobile home is on the <br /> center of the property; the remainder of the site is open land. <br /> LAccording to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40,general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> L designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial <br /> agricultural enterprises." (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us.) <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LA tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Baumbach& <br /> Piazza;the parcel division is depicted on the site map in Plate 1. In her responses to the Surface <br /> LSubsurface Contamination Report environmental questionnaire, (prepared by NOA and dated / 2� <br /> March 23,2006),Ms. Moules indicated that she plans to split a five-acre financing parcel from the <br /> property.
