A domestic well on the 33-acre parcel is serving the proposed 6-acre.home and huller. In <br /> order for Environmental Health Department to support the continued use of the domestic <br /> well, a properly recorded easement will need to be recorded for maintenance and operation <br /> of that well prior to recordation of deed of record or survey. Applicant can construct an <br /> individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department on the proposed 6-acre Parcel in lieu of the recorded easement (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> B. The well on the 33-acre parcel shall be required to be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Install sanitary seal. <br /> Raise well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> C. The agricultural well on the 33-acre parcel shall be repaired by raising the well casing 12 <br /> inches above ground, installing a cement surface seal, and returning the well into service or <br /> obtain an Out-of-Service Well permit per the San Joaquin County Well Standards. 7k' <br /> FEW <br /> M1 <br />
