Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$244 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated July 12, 2010; and it <br /> has been approved. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from the Lockeford Community Service District that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from <br /> the Lockeford Community Service District that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity <br /> to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1100.3). <br /> C. This project small be provided with public water service at the time of Parcel Map recordation. <br /> A.letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or <br /> are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> f <br />
