Jack Tone Rd. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for the <br /> percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development for parcel one. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development on parcel one. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrate prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> e.
