Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 9, 2004, was deemed <br /> 0�71� incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> y Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> 1IIOB Environmental Health Department require a soil suitabili stu dicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to cordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> ,e--'The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> 9/5 (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
