Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1. 22. 05 - The well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division as <br /> follows: <br /> The irrigation well and pump are in a pit. Well <br /> casing and sanitary seal must be raised to not less <br /> than twelve inches above ground level and a <br /> concrete surface seal constructed around well <br /> casing. <br /> 2 . 72 . 01 - No excavation is permitted into the ground <br /> water table without specific approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region. <br /> 3 . 72 . 02 - The materials from an excavation shall not <br /> be deposited into any water course nor in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof. <br /> 4 . 72 . 03 - Provide an approved potable water supply <br /> for all employees. <br /> 5. 72 . 04 - Provide approved sanitary facilities for <br /> all employees. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
