Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the arca is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. ,/ The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). C. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability Study shall be performed and submitted to The Environmental Health Department with a review fee of$186.00 due at time of submittal. iDi". Destroy the Agricultural well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department,prior to Parcel Map approval as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). E. A pit that appears constructed for animal waste handling has been abandoned. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall have pit properly filled with soil with verification by the Environmental Health Department under a consultation permit and inspection with a$186.00 fee. The existence of the pit is a violation of California Health and Safety Code, Section 115700. F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). G. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). H. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- 2400. I 1 MH:t[
