1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one parcel located at 23350 N. Jack Tone Road, .. Acampo, CA. The subject parcel number is 021-050-08. The project is in an agricultural community and is zoned AG-40. ` 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one homesite parcel and one "Designated Remainder"parcel from one 40 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical l environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN (/-3) page). 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). to 2.0 PAST PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: 2.1 Discussion of past, present,and proposed future uses:The primary source of information ` of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, Juan Chivira. Mr. Chiriva's family has owned the property for more than 10 years. ` Presently, the property is used as the owner's homesite. The property was formerly used as a poultry farm, however, that operation has since been retired. 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION: 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on November, 2012 (see appendix for results). Also a preliminary onsite survey was performed on October 17, 2012 by Louie Mendez of (3. Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on October 17, 2012 by Louie Mendez of Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T. sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. Research was ('3 2-'33) performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination are low. The property was formerly used as a poultry farm, however, that operation has since been ` retired. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks.
