The four parcels will likely have only primary residences, no second unit dwellings are planned. Thus only one septic system per parcel is anticipated at this time, per County ordinances, each parcel on this map is entitled to one primary residence and one second j unit dwelling. Jack Tone Road on May 12, 2005 by Louie Mendez of Dillon&Murphy. The water samples were obtained at this location due to the fact that the home lies within the boundaries of this project. 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. The results for dibroznochloropropane(DBCP)were 0.225 ug/L and the results for nitrates were 11.6 mg/L. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained,handled,stored,and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the house located 23490 N. Jack Tone Road. The samples were taken by Louie Mendez of Dillon&Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed nod signed name of third party sampler,condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
