This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment
contamination based on field observation, soil testing, and testimony from the owners.
Project Description
The project consists of 3 parcels located at 23800 N. Jack Tone Road, Acampo. The projects is
in an agricultural area. It is zoned AG-40. AL-5 property adjoins the project to the west. The
site has three existing homes. There are no visual signs of
any such tanks (ground settling, irregular ground, etc.)
In conjunction with the dairy operations, crops have been raised on the property. Chemicals
1 have been used on the crops, and their records are included in the Appendix.
V
The depth to groundwater in this vicinity is approximately 130 feet.
Firi According to the land owner, there are no known pesticide containers buried on the property.
