For future development of'Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> adopted County development policies for "Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66424.6) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Drainage from the improved portion of Parcel 1, shall be retained on-site by a retention basin and meet the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards. Retention ponds shall be fenced with six (6) <br /> foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more.
