,y <br /> UPDATE OF STUDY DATED AUG.13, 2002, APPROVED SEP. 19, 2002 BY EHD, SJC. <br /> A copy of the letter of approval, for the above study, issued by the EHD, SJC is included in this <br /> report. <br /> The EDR Radius Map, dated May 17, 2007, states: The target property was not listed in any of <br /> the databases searched by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR;s search of available <br /> ("reasonably ascertainable')government records either on the target property or within the <br /> search radius around the target property for the databases searched. <br /> The topographic maps included are for the years 1953, 1968, 1975 and 1993. The aerial <br /> photographs are for the years 1952, 1957, 1981, 1993 and 1998. <br /> A copy of the current deed is included and shows 24.13 acres. This includes the SFR but not all of <br /> the outbuildings. <br /> The SJC CDD print out shows the parcel Zoned as AL-5. Art-t ` le <br /> shovAng the pr-apoged lot tion. <br /> ti <br /> The study of Aug. 13, 2002 covered the area contained in this update of 24.13 acres. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> There are no known recognized environmental conditions (REQ which require additional <br /> investigation or testing at this time.
