h. EMPLOYEES: No employees, other than members of the owner-operator's immediate family, <br /> are allowed in the agricultural truck parking operation. (Development Title Section 9-605.6[f][4]) <br /> i. MAINTENANCE BUILDING: Only one accessory structure is allowed for maintenance and <br /> repair of the permitted trucks and trailers. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) The design of the driveway shall be such as to allow trucks to enter and exit property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7[c]) <br /> (2) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Driveway and maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently maintained to provide a <br /> durable dust free surface. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with a chip seal.
