Jack Tone Road APN: 021-020-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3.
