I. INTRODUCTION & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> /GENERAL <br /> The developer proposes to divide an existing parcel of land comprising of <br /> approximately 30 acres into 3 parcels. The three lots will consist of approximately 10 <br /> acres. Cal State Engineering, Inc. has been retained by the developer to investigate <br /> and evaluate soils and other pertinent conditions on the site and to generate <br /> recommendations for on-site waste water disposal for the proposed parcel split. This <br /> report has been prepared in accordance with the land division provisions of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Chapter 9-1105, Section 9-1105.2. <br /> / LOCATION <br /> The project is located at 26170 N. Jack Tone Road, between Liberty Road and Collier <br /> Road,near the town of Galt,in eastern San Joaquin County. The parcel is designated <br /> as San Joaquin County APN 021-020-02. Developer will handle sample requirements. <br /> See site map for well location. <br /> HISTORY <br /> The existing 30 acre parcel has been used as a residence and horse ranch for the last <br /> 20 to 30 years. There is currently irrigation sprinklers covering most of proposed <br /> parcels 2 & 3,as well as approximately 1/3 of proposed parcel 1.
