" B/08/2006 12:11 2092235044 CAL STATE ENGINEERIN PAGE 02
/ ' EXJSTING SEPTIC USAGE
There are currently two permitted septic systems on proposed panel, per San.Joaquin
County records. The first permit was issued in 1979,for a standard leachline septic
system with seepage pits, see Appendix C for details. The second permit was issued.
in 1986, for a standard leachline septic system with seepage pits, see Appendix C for
details. The two permits on record appear to be for the two mobile homes at front of
parcel. The existing main house appears to be too old to have any record of a septic
permit. The San Joaquin County records do not have any evidence of repair history.
There is a good number of existing septic systems:in the general around the
panel we are subdividing. Most existing septic system, are leachlines to seepage pits
wi'd:k a few ssmumdard leachline only systems. The pmvels;moi are within a half
mile away from the parcel. Some of the existing septic systems in ,=date bank to
the:late 1970's to the raid 1980's. In vena fee-case tbem ,,were s,+stems
that needed repair within 10 to 15 years. All of the repairs reseam+;hod consisted of an
addition of a leaehline to seepage pit.
