Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Approve Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600524,based on the ability to make the <br /> required "Bases for Zone Reclassification" (Attachment 'W); and <br /> 3. Adopt the attached ordinance for Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600524 <br /> (Attachment "B"). <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> This project consists of a Zone Reclassification application to change the zoning of a 4 <br /> acre portion of two parcels totaling 36.31 acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture, <br /> 40 acre minimum lot size) to C-X (Crossroads Commercial). <br /> The proposed Zone Reclassification is consistent with the locational criteria and <br /> infrastructure requirements of the General Plan. The applicant has stated there is no <br /> underlying project at this time. <br />
