APN: 091-050-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145 .4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior <br /> to issuance of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
