Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> p tank usage and disposal of processed water must be performed prior to issuance of <br /> A. <br /> building permit(s) as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 445.00 must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> B. The proposed changes to this facility may require either a permit to operate or amended <br /> permit per the California Safe Drinking Water Act related to the Public Water Systems. <br /> Applicant will need to contact Environmental Health Division for the appropriate permit <br /> requirements prior to issuance of building permits . Appropriate fees and detailed <br /> drawings (per the California Health and Safety Code, Sections 116530 and 116570) may <br /> be required prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> C.
