Phase one will consist of a 36,750 square foot addition to the onion packing shed, and a 10,560 square foot <br />addition to the cold storage. Phase 2 will consist of a 7,200 square foot walnut huller, and a 6,000 square foot maintenance <br />faciiity. Phase two is proposed to be completed within 5 years of approval. <br />The Property is zoned AG -40 (General Agriculture) and the General Plan Designation is AIG (General Agriculture). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of Jack Tone Road, 2,000 feet north of Copperopolis <br />Road, southwest of Linden (APN/Address: 105-040-15; 500 N. Jack Tone Road, Linden) (Supervisorial District 4) <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br />and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br />Community Development Department no later than September 23, 2003. Comments or recommendations received after that <br />date -would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
