Jack Tone Rd <br /> Stockton, Ca <br /> PA-1800234 <br /> The following is intended to clarify concerns expressed regarding future employees,and traffic, <br /> as it relates to this expansion project. We have been involved with this facility for several use <br /> permit applications, so we are quite familiar with the history of development of this facility. <br /> All of the future buildings are for bulk material storage,except for the huller building. The new <br /> storage buildings will actually reduce traffic and employees that are now needed to transport <br /> material from a remote storage location. With these new storage buildings, the processing can <br /> all be completed on site which will justify the investment by streamlining, and making the <br /> process more efficient. <br /> The additional employees will be on-site personnel that are needed to work the storage buildings, <br /> and to operate the huller. It doesn't take many employees to service the bulk storage buildings <br /> and the huller is seasonal, <br /> This facility has had a traffic study which results in significant traffic fees, and the development <br /> of a left tum lane. As stated above, the main intent of this expansion project is to become more <br /> efficient by reducing the traffic and creating a full service location, and to eliminate remote <br /> storage. We are very familiar with this application process and know that there will be no credit <br /> for the reduction in traffic,but we request that we are not penalized for adding 20 more <br /> employees. <br /> Sincerely, Qi0t:01i N <br /> Michael W.
