Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Division requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating that <br /> Q the area is suitable for septic tank usage, incorporating the number of employees,-and the <br /> p•� wastes generated by the proposed uses. This must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> ermits an oaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> Count prior to approval. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on,.or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> D. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> yearly permit too operate a public waters stem <br /> number of service connections exceed Four, a y p p y <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.).
